UI/UX Pro Max.
Top-tier UI/UX. Design system, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, usability testing that produces evidence.
VZU UI/UX Pro Max is the senior design pod for operators who need a real design system, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, and usability testing that produces evidence rather than opinion. The pod ships a token-driven design system, an accessibility audit with a remediation plan, and moderated usability sessions that turn observation into a severity-ranked list of findings. UI/UX Pro Max is a tool inside the VZU family, operated by Virtual Zero Unbound Inc.
What ships
Six capabilities.
Lead capability
A real design system.
02
Token-driven system.
Tokens for colour, type, spacing, motion, elevation. Multi-brand support, dark mode, and a documented API. The system is the source of truth; the Figma is a view.
03
WCAG 2.2 AA audit.
A written audit covering keyboard, screen reader, contrast, focus, and motion. Each finding is severity-ranked, evidenced, and tied to a remediation plan.
04
Usability testing.
Moderated sessions, structured tasks, think-aloud protocol. Five to eight participants, synthesis report, severity-ranked findings.
05
Information architecture.
Sitemaps, user flows, content modelling, navigation. The pod structures the surface so the engineering team can build it without re-asking the design questions.
06
Design QA and governance.
Design reviews on every PR, a contribution model for the design system, and a governance process that keeps the system coherent as the team grows.
The deep view
On systems, evidence, and the difference between opinion and audit.
The UI/UX Pro Max pod is built on the principle that design is a system, not a taste. The pod ships tokens, components, and governance. The pod produces audits with severity rankings and remediation plans. The pod runs usability sessions with structure, not vibes. The output of the pod is evidence, not opinion.
The accessibility audit is the centrepiece. WCAG 2.2 AA is the bar. The pod audits the operator's existing surface, produces a written report, ranks each finding by severity, and ships a remediation plan the engineering team can execute against. The pod can also embed with the engineering team to land the remediation.
The usability testing is structured. Five to eight participants from the operator's audience, structured tasks mapped to the operator's KPIs, think-aloud protocol, and a synthesis report. The pod runs the sessions remotely or on-site; the pod produces the findings; the engineering team turns the findings into a roadmap.
The design system work is token-driven. Tokens for colour, type, spacing, motion, elevation, and density. Multi-brand support, dark mode, and a documented API. The Figma is a view of the system; the system is the source of truth. The engineering team consumes the tokens through a typed package; the design team consumes them through Figma variables.
The pod is part of the VZU family, operated by Virtual Zero Unbound Inc. The pod draws on the same design bench that runs the Plex Dubai marketing operation and the NetWit product surface. The pod is one of twelve VZU tools, alongside App Builder, Web App Builder, Fullstack Dev, Frontend Design, Frontend Design Expert, UI/UX Designer, Landing Page Builder, Code Review, Prompt Engineer, MiniMax XLSX, and Web Scraper.
The process
How it works.
- 01.
Discovery and audit kickoff.
The pod meets the operator's team, walks the existing surface, and scopes the audit. The pod proposes a fixed-fee pilot for the system pass, the accessibility audit, and the usability study.
- 02.
System and audit pass.
The pod builds the token system, runs the accessibility audit, and runs the usability sessions. The pod produces three deliverables: a token package, an audit report, and a usability report.
- 03.
Synthesis and roadmap.
The pod synthesises the findings into a severity-ranked roadmap. The operator's team works the roadmap. The pod can embed for the high-severity items.
- 04.
Governance and handoff.
The pod sets up the governance process — contribution model, review cadence, release notes. The pod hands off the system, the audit, the report, and the governance. The operator's team owns the rest.
The discipline
Evidence, not opinion.
The pod ships audits with severity rankings and remediation plans. The pod runs usability sessions with structure. The pod builds systems with tokens. The discipline is the same in every case.

Questions
Frequently asked.
- What is the difference between this and a typical "UX agency"?
- A typical agency produces slide decks. UI/UX Pro Max produces systems, audits, and reports that the engineering team can execute against. The output is evidence, not opinion.
- How is the audit structured?
- WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, severity-ranked findings, evidence for each finding, and a remediation plan. The pod runs the audit against the operator's existing surface, not a hypothetical one.
- Can the pod do the engineering remediation?
- Yes. The pod can embed with the engineering team, or the pod can hand the remediation plan to the operator's team. For complex frontend work, see Frontend Design or Frontend Design Expert.
- Who operates this?
- Virtual Zero Unbound Inc., the VZU holding entity. The pod draws on the same design bench that runs the Plex Dubai marketing operation and the NetWit product surface.
- What if I just need a wireframe and a prototype?
- That is the UI/UX Designer pod. UI/UX Pro Max is the senior pod for the system work, the accessibility audit, and the usability testing. The two are siblings.
